Residential Property Management

  • Finder/Leasing Fee: 40% of first month's rent
  • Management Fee: 8% of monthly rent

There is no re-Leasing Fee for tenant renewals and our Finders/Leasing Fee for any subsequent new tenants is only 30% of the first month rent.

Tenant Procurement and Leasing Only

  • Finder/Leasing Fee: 50% of first month's rent
  
 
 
Note: 1 We have no additional start-up fee, advertising fee, maintenance coordination or other hidden fees. Plus we credit any late fee to our owner as compensation for their inconvenience. These terms apply to our Residential Property Management Service.
