Mark-It Properties encourages you to compare our service fees1 with the service fees1 of other property management companies in this area. If you do you will find we offer the lowest overall property manangement service fees in the area.
 
 
                           
 

Residential Property Management

  • Finder/Leasing Fee: 40% of first month's rent
  • Management Fee: 8% of monthly rent

There is no fee for tenant renewals and our Finders/Leasing Fee is only 30% of the first month rent for any subsequent new tenant leases.

Tenant Procurement and Leasing Only

  • Finder/Leasing Fee: 50% of first month's rent
  
 
 
Note: 1We have no additional start-up fee, advertising fee, maintenance coordination or other hidden fees. Plus we credit any late fee and return check fee to our owner as compensation for their inconvenience and we pay the co-broker fee out-of-pocket to realtors who provide a tenant for one of our rentals. These terms apply to our Residential Property Management Service.
