The
following are some of the ways Mark-It Properties
property saves owners money and/or allows owners to
keep more of their money.

We have no startup fee, advertising fee, maintenance
coordination fee, or other hidden fees. We credit
any late fee or returned check fee to our owners
as compensation for their inconvenience.

Realtors who finds a tenant for our rentals are
paid a Co-Broker Fee to encourage Realtors to
show our rentals. The Co-Broker Fee is paid out-of-pocket
by Mark-It Properties.
- We
have long-term relationships with handy-man services
and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC companies that
saves owners money.
- We
maintain an on-hand maintenance account of only
$125 which is less than the industry standard
of $250 for this area. Also, we
give owners the option to provide us with a credit
card with a limit for the required amount in lieu
of us keeping the funds on-hand. And, for owners
with multiple properties, Mark-It Properties maintains
a maximum of $250.
- Rent
payments received each week (less deductions)
are distributed to owners on Friday so owners
receive their rent payment within a few days after
we receive it.
