Referral Policy
Mark-It
Properties honors the relationship between the referring
Realtor and Owner. The name of the referring Realtor
is placed on the monthly accounting statement to
the owner to keep the name of the referring Realtor
in front of the owner. When the terms of our property
management services end, the referring Realtor is
notified so the referring Realtor may contact the
owner for any additional real estate services. We
will not attempt to provide any additional real
estate services to the owner other than property
management services without permission from the
referring Realtor. We back-up our policy in writing
with a written agreement that we provide to the
referring realtor.
Rental
Referral Fee
Realtors
who provide a Rental Referral for our Property Management
Service will be paid a Rental Referral Fee of 50%
of our Finders/Leasing Fee (generally, 20% of the
FMR). Realtors who provide a Rental Referral for
our Tenant Procurement and Leasing Only Service
will be paid a Rental Referral Fee of 25% of our
Finders/Leasing Fee (generally, 10% of the FMR).
The Rental Referral Fee will be paid when the referred
rental is rented and we receive the first month's
rent.
