Rental
Application Instructions

All
applicants applying for tenancy must be over the
age of 18 and possess a valid Social Security
Number (SSN).

All
applicants whose income is required to qualify
for tenancy must submit a separate Rental Application.
Married couples or partners may submit a joint
Rental Application if their previous rental history
is the same for their last residence.

An
Application Fee of $30 must be submitted for each
applicant. The Application Fee is required to
obtain an applicant's Credit Report, Criminal
Report, and check his/her employment and rental
history.

The Application Fee, Joint Application Fee, and
Criminal Report Fee are not refundable and must
be paid by Cash, Cashier Check, Certified Check,
or Money Order.

A
copy of the each Applicant's drivers license and
proof of income must be submitted along with his/her
Rental Application.

The
Rental Application will not be processed until
the Rental Application and applicable fees are
received. The Rental Application normally takes
2 to 3 business days to process if all items required
to process the Rental Application have been received
and there are no issues.

When
the processing of the Rental Application is completed,
an applicant will be notified of the status of
his/her application. If approved, Mark-It Properties
will contact the applicant to arrange a meeting
to sign the Rental Agreement.
Co-Signer
Application Instructions
-
An
applicant who is unable to qualify for tenancy
due to insufficient income or a low credit score
may utilize a Co-Signer to qualify for tenancy.
An applicant may only have one Co-Signer.

To
utilize a co-signer, an applicant must submit
a Co-Signer Application along with the Rental
Application.

An
Application Fee of $30 must be submitted with
the Co-Signer Application. The Application Fee
is required to obtain the Co-Signer's Credit Report
and Criminal Report.

The
Application Fee is not refundable and must be
paid by Cash, Cashier Check, Certified Check,
or Money Order.

A

Application.
