  • Mark-It Properties' Property Managers are licensed Realtors and have over 50 years of Real Estate and Business Management experience.
  • Mark-It Property property management service fees and discounted service fees are the lowest in the area. Our initial Finders/Leasing Fee is only 40% of the First Month's Rent (FMR). There is no re-Leasing Fee for tenant renewals and our Finders/Leasing fee for any subsequent new tenant leases is only 30% of the FMR.
  • Mark-It Properties has no startup fee, advertising fee, maintenance coordination fee, or other hidden fees.
  • Mark-It Properties performs a thorough tenant screening to include checking an applicant's credit, criminal background, income, employment, and rental history to ensure we get quality tenants for our rentals.
  • Mark-It Properties performs periodic curb-side inspection and a semi-annual walkthrough inspection of each rental to verify they are being properly maintained.
  • Mark-It Properties credits any late fee to our owners as compensation for their inconvenience.
  • Mark-It Properties uses only insured and bonded and insured and licensed services and companies to ensure maintenance and repairs are done right.
  • Rent payments received each week (less deductions) are distributed to owners on Friday so owners receive their rent payment within a few days after we receive it.
  • Mark-It Properties' agreements have been reviewed by an Attorney to ensure they are in accordance with North Carolina Law and have been written to protect the rights of both our owners and tenants and ensure both our owners and tenants have an excellent rental experience.
