The
Emergency Maintenance Number is for Emergency Maintenance
only and should not be used to request normal maintenance.
For normal maintenance you should submit a Maintenance
Request.
Emergency
Maintenance is for an event that has caused major
damage to the Property and/or is causing damage
to the property and requires immediate attention
otherwise major damage to the Property will occur
and/or for a condition related to the property that
is life threating. Below are examples of events
and conditions that are considered an Emergency
Maintenance and suggested actions to follow:

inside the house
Ensure
everyone is safe
Call
911 to report the fire
Then

Gas
Leak
Evacuate
everyone from the house
Call
the gas company

Water Leak
Shutoff
the main water value to the house and/or any
localized shutoff valve

causing damage to the house
