Emergency Maintenance call the above number. If
you call and do not reach the on-call Property Manager,
please leave the following information and the on-call
Property Manager will call you within 30 minutes.
Emergency
Maintenance is for an event that has caused and/or
is causing major damage to the Property and/or requires
immediate attention otherwise major damage will
occur to the Property and/or poses an immediate
safety risk to the tenant. Below are examples of
events and conditions that are considered an Emergency
Maintenance and suggested actions to follow:
For normal maintenance you should submit a Maintenance
Request. Below are examples of events and conditions
that are not considered Emergency Maintenance and
should be reported as normal maintenance:
- A
dripping faucet or stopped-up drain
- A
running toliet or stopped-up toliet (unless there
is only one toliet in the house)
- A
tree falling in the yard due to a storm
- A
power outage attributed to a local power outage
- An
appliance is not working
- The
air conditioning unit is not working
- The
garage door opener is not working
- A
window is cracked or broke
