Mark-It Properties is a residential property management company dedicated to providing full-time¹ and professional property management services in the Lake Norman area and nearby towns and communities. Mark-It Properties is incorporated and licensed in North Carolina. Mark-It Properties' Property Managers are licensed Realtors and have over 50 years of Real Estate and Business Management experience. Mark-It Properties' staff includes an experienced Bookkeeper who handles the rent payments, rent distribution, bill paying, notifications, and prepares all accounting statements. This allows the Property Managers to focus on marketing, tenant screening, maintenance requests, inspections, and other Property Management Duties. Mark-It Properties' accounting is audited quarterly by an outside CPA to ensure its accuracy. Mark-It Properties' agreements have been reviewed by an Attorney to ensure they are in accordance with North Carolina Law and have been written to protect the rights of both our owners and tenants to ensure both our owners and tenants have an excellent rental experience.

Note: ¹Residential Property Management is our primary full time business, not a secondary part time business. Also, we manage only single family residential properties and provide service to only a limited area so as to maintain excellence in service for our owners and tenants.
